A travel agency in Jaipur sells domestic and international packages with five consultants, one visa executive and the owner. Enquiries come from Instagram reels, the website form, JustDial, walk-ins and past travellers, around 60 a day from October to March and half that in the off-season.
Before Telecalling Software, Instagram enquiries were answered in the DM and forgotten, website enquiries went to one inbox, and each consultant kept quotes in their own WhatsApp. A traveller who enquired on Saturday was called on Monday afternoon, by which time three other agencies had sent itineraries. With every source routed to one sheet and the sheet connected as a lead source, an enquiry now reaches a consultant within minutes, even on Sunday.
Each call ends with a stage and the fields a quote needs: destination, dates, travellers, hotel category and budget. The itinerary goes out on WhatsApp from the same screen and is logged on the record. Bookings move to the client tab with the advance paid and the balance due, and the balance reminder rings the consultant a week before departure.
The owner uses two lists. The dashboard by destination shows where quotes are converting, which decided which reels to run next month. And the WhatsApp broadcast to last year's Kashmir enquiries filled a group departure in eleven days without a single new ad.
