What the app reads, keeps, and never sells.
Telecalling Software handles your customers' phone numbers and your callers' phones, so this page says exactly what is read, why, where it goes and who can see it, in plain words. It applies to the Android app and the web dashboard.
Telecalling Software takes the phone-app role on an Android device, so it reads the call log and the contacts: the log is where every lead's call history comes from, and the contacts supply names for numbers you already saved. It reads the phone state to know when a call starts and ends, and the SIM list so you can choose which SIM dials.
It asks for notification and alarm permission so follow-up reminders ring on time, and for camera and location only when attendance with a selfie is used, at the moment of the punch, never in the background.
Each permission is requested with its reason on the guided setup screen, and each can be refused; the feature that needs it simply stays off.
Leads, statuses, notes, follow-ups, clients, WhatsApp chats that ran through the app, and the call log from the SIMs you chose are stored in an encrypted database on the phone. If you turn backup on, the same records sync over an encrypted connection to your account so a manager can see them on the web dashboard and a new phone can restore them.
Backup runs only after you turn it on. You choose which SIMs are included and can exclude any number entirely. Selfies taken for attendance are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
Telecalling Software does not sell customer data, does not show advertising, and does not read personal chats. Automatic and bulk WhatsApp messages are sent either through a WhatsApp Business API account that you connect yourself, or by handing a prepared message to your own WhatsApp app for you to send.
Call audio is not recorded. Android does not allow third-party apps to record calls on current phones, and the app does not attempt it.
You, and the people you add to your team, within the permissions you set for each of them (export, transfer, edit, delete). Support staff access an account only when you ask for help and only for that purpose.
Payment details are handled by Razorpay; the app never sees your card or UPI credentials.
Export your leads to CSV at any time. Turn backup off, exclude numbers or SIMs, or delete your account and its data by asking on the contact page; deletion completes within 30 days.

About your data.
Where is my backed-up data stored?
- On the servers behind your account, reached over an encrypted connection. Backup runs only after you turn it on, and you choose which SIMs and numbers are included.
Do you sell or share customer numbers?
- No. Customer data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone except the people you add to your own team, within the permissions you set.
Who at the company can see my account?
- Support staff, only when you ask for help and only for that request. Access is logged. Nobody browses accounts.
Does the app record call audio?
- No. Current Android versions do not allow third-party apps to record calls, and the app does not attempt it. It keeps who was called, when, for how long, the status and the note.
Does the app read my personal calls?
- It reads the call log of the SIMs you include inbackup, because the call log is the business record. You can leave a SIM out entirely, or exclude specific numbers, and those calls never leave the phone.
Can I delete everything?
- Yes. Export what you want to keep as CSV, then ask for account deletion on the contact page. Deletion completes within 30 days and removes the account data from the servers.
