Telecalling software for insurance agents · renewals that never lapse

A lapsed policy is a customer who was never called on the right day. With Telecalling Software, the telecalling software for insurance agents, the renewal call rings on the due date with the policy on screen.

Telecalling Software is telecalling software for insurance agents and agency teams: term, health, motor and investment plans sold and renewed on the phone. Each customer is a record with the policy, the premium and the renewal date, the renewal call is a reminder that rings, the premium reminder goes out on WhatsApp, and the agency head sees renewals due, called and collected per agent.

Telecalling Software for insurance: the caller's queue on an Android phone

What does telecalling software for insurance do?

Telecalling software for insurance agents keeps every policyholder as a record with the policy, premium and renewal date, rings the agent on the day a renewal call is due, and sends the premium reminder on WhatsApp. Telecalling Software does this from the agent's own SIM, with fresh leads dialed through the same app and an agency dashboard that shows renewals due, called and collected.

A referral list from a corporate camp is imported and dialed in a session. Interested prospects get a follow-up for the day they asked for.

An agency of six advisors in Indore

A composite of teams we have set up, with the numbers rounded. Names of businesses are left out on purpose.

A general insurance agency in Indore handles about 2,400 motor and health policies with six advisors and one office coordinator. Renewals are the business: roughly 200 fall due every month, and every lapse is a customer who buys elsewhere next year.

Before Telecalling Software, the coordinator printed a monthly renewal list from the insurer portal and split it by advisor on paper. Calls happened when the advisor remembered, and the paper never showed who had been called. With the list imported once and the renewal date set as a repeating reminder per client, each advisor's phone now rings on the right day with the policy on screen.

A call ends with a stage: Renewed, Will pay by date, Not renewing, or Switched. The premium reminder template goes out on WhatsApp from the same screen. The coordinator watches the dashboard instead of the paper: renewals due, called, paid and the small list marked Not renewing, which the senior advisor calls personally.

The measurable change was lapse rate. Renewals called before the due date went from roughly half to nearly all, because the call became a reminder that rings rather than a row on a printout.

The objection we hear most

“Our advisors are part-time and will not learn a CRM.”

They do not learn a CRM; they answer their phone. Telecalling Software is the phone app, so a renewal is a call that rings them with the policy on screen, and the outcome is one tap when it ends. The coordinator does the setup once from the web dashboard; the advisor only calls and taps.

What these teams used before

Agencies usually come from the insurer's renewal report printed monthly, a WhatsApp group for reminders, and an Excel file the coordinator keeps. A few tried a general CRM and stopped updating it because advisors work from their phones.

05 · Questions

Asked by insurance teams.

Can it remind me of a renewal every year automatically?

Yes. Set the renewal reminder once with a yearly repeat and it rings every year on that date, with the policy details in the note. Half-yearly, quarterly and monthly modes repeat the same way.

Does it show the policy details when the customer calls me?

Yes. Policy number, plan, premium and renewal date are fields on the client record, and the call screen shows the record when that number rings, even over the lock screen.

Can I send the premium amount on WhatsApp in one tap?

Yes. A saved template with the premium and the due date filled in from the record, sent from the call screen or the reminder. With a WhatsApp Business API it can be sent automatically before the due date.

Is call recording available for compliance?

No. Android does not allow third-party apps to record calls on current phones, so Telecalling Software does not offer it. It records who was called, when, for how long, the stage and the note, which is what most agencies use for follow-up and disputes.

Can the agency head see each advisor's renewals?

Yes. The dashboard shows renewals due, called, paid and lapsed per advisor for any date range, with the notes behind each number, and permissions decide who may export or edit.

Does it work for LIC agents with a single phone?

Yes. One agent uses it alone: import the policy list, set renewal reminders, dial new leads, send premium reminders on WhatsApp. The price is the same ₹159 per user per month.

Can I import my existing policy book?

Yes. Import an Excel or CSV with a mobile number column; every other column becomes a field, so policy number, plan, premium and renewal date come in with it.

Does the customer see a company number or mine?

Yours. Calls go through the SIM in your phone, so the customer sees the number they have saved for you and picks up.
