Should the counsellor talk to the student or the parent?
- Both, on different calls. The first call goes to whoever answers; ask for the other person's time. The student picks the batch, the parent pays the fee, and the demo is where both are convinced.
When should fees be discussed?
- At the demo, with the schedule and the material in front of the parent. On the phone the fee is a number without context and it ends the call.
What is the best time to call admission enquiries?
- The same day, between 4 and 7 pm, when the student is home and the parent is reachable. Weekend mornings for demo confirmations.
How many times should a counsellor follow up an admission enquiry?
- Three calls and three WhatsApp messages over two weeks in season: the demo confirmation, the post-demo call, the seat-hold reminder. After that, one message before each batch start.
Should admission calls to parents be in Hindi?
- Yes, most of them, and the structure does not change. Take the phrasing from the Hindi telecalling script on this site and keep the batch, the date and the seat count exactly as here.
How do I know which counsellor's script works?
- Demos booked per enquiry and admissions per demo, per counsellor, on the dashboard. The counsellor with the best demo rate is the one whose opening to copy.
