A passenger-car dealership in Lucknow runs two showrooms with six tele-callers, twelve sales executives and a service desk of three. Enquiries come from CarDekho, CarWale, the manufacturer's lead portal, walk-ins, exchange evaluations and referrals, about 90 a day in a launch month and 50 otherwise.
Before Telecalling Software, portal leads were downloaded at 6 pm and distributed the next morning on WhatsApp, so a Saturday enquiry reached a caller on Monday. Test drives were tracked in a register at each showroom, and service reminders came from the OEM system as a printout the service desk called when it could. With the portal exports connected as lead sources and each showroom set up as a branch, an enquiry now reaches a tele-caller within minutes and is called inside the hour.
Each call ends with a stage and the fields a dealership sale turns on: model, variant, budget, exchange and finance. Quotations go out on WhatsApp from the call screen, and the sales executive assigned to the test drive sees the whole history when the customer arrives. Delivered cars move to the client tab with the first-service and insurance dates as reminders.
The sales manager compares test drives and bookings per portal, which showed one portal producing enquiries at a third of the booking rate of the OEM portal, and the service desk's reminder calls lifted first-service returns without a single printout.
