Telecalling Software is an Android app and a web dashboard for calling teams: a dialer, an auto dialer, lead records, reminders, WhatsApp automation, team assignment and reports. Calls are placed through the SIM in the caller's phone; Telecalling Software is not a telecom service and does not carry calls.
An account is opened with a mobile number. A user is one login, usually one caller or one manager. The account owner adds and removes users and sets what each may do. You are responsible for the people you add and for how your team uses customers' numbers, including following the calling and messaging rules that apply to you.
Every account starts with a free 3-day trial of every feature, with no card. After it, the paid features pause until a plan is chosen; the phone app keeps working and nothing is deleted. Plans are ₹161 per user per month billed yearly or ₹251 per user per month billed for three months, GST extra, with a GST invoice on every payment through Razorpay. Prices can change; a change applies from your next renewal, never mid-term.
A renewal extends from the end of the current period. Fees for a period already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where the service was unavailable through our fault for a substantial part of the period.
WhatsApp automation uses either a WhatsApp Business API you connect (charged by Meta or your provider, not by us) or your own WhatsApp app with a message prepared for you to send. You are responsible for consent and for staying within WhatsApp's and the regulator's rules on business messaging.
Your leads, notes and records are yours. You can export them as CSV at any time and ask for deletion on the contact page. How the app reads and stores data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service may not be used to call or message people who have asked not to be contacted, to send unlawful or misleading messages, to harvest numbers, or to resell the service without a written agreement. We may pause an account that does, after notice where possible.
We aim for the dashboard and sync to be available at all times and tell you in advance of planned maintenance. The app depends on the phone, the SIM and the network, which are outside our control. Features may be added, changed or retired; a retired feature is announced at least 30 days ahead.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bikaner having jurisdiction. Questions go to +91 73750 92569 by call or WhatsApp, or by post to Telecalling Software, Ward No. 08, Shubhalai, Lunkaransar, Bikaner 334001, Rajasthan, India.
About the terms.
Do I get a refund if I stop using the app mid-year?
- Fees for a period already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or the service was unavailable through our fault for a substantial part of the period. Cancel before renewal and nothing further is charged.
Who owns the data in my account?
- You do. Export it as CSV at any time and ask for deletion when you leave; the privacy policy sets out how it is handled while the account is open.
Can the price change during my plan?
- No. A price change applies from your next renewal, never in the middle of a period you have paid for.
What counts as misuse of the service?
- Calling or messaging people who asked not to be contacted, sending unlawful or misleading messages, harvesting numbers, or reselling the service without a written agreement. We may pause an account that does, after notice where possible.
Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Your data stays exportable, and the phone app keeps working after the paid features pause.
What happens if I add a user mid-period?
- The new user is charged for the remainder of the current period at the same per-user rate, so every user renews on the same date.
Do I need to sign a contract to use the software?
- No separate signed agreement. Using the service accepts these terms, and the commitment is the billing period you pay for, either three months or a year. There is no lock-in beyond that period, no notice requirement and no early termination charge.
Can the free forever plan be withdrawn?
- It is meant to stay as it is: the calling half, no card, no user limit. If the list ever changes it changes for new sign-ups and is stated plainly on the site rather than switched off quietly on people already using it. That is a commitment about how, not a promise that nothing will ever change.
Am I responsible for who my team calls?
- Yes. The account holder is responsible for respecting the DND registry, honouring requests not to be contacted, and complying with the telecom rules that apply to commercial calling. The software places the calls you tell it to; the decision about whom to call is yours and so is the liability for it.
What happens if my account is paused for misuse?
- You are told why, with notice where circumstances allow it, and your data remains exportable. Pausing is for calling people who asked not to be contacted, unlawful messaging or harvesting numbers. It is not something we do over a billing dispute.
Do the terms cover the WhatsApp API charges?
- No, because those are not ours to charge. Meta and whichever API provider you choose bill their own per-message rates directly to you under their own terms. What is covered here is the software that connects to them, which is included in the plan.
What service level do you commit to?
- We aim for continuous availability and we do not publish a contractual uptime figure, which is the honest position for a product at this price rather than an oversight. Where the service is unavailable through our fault for a substantial part of a paid period, that is the case in which a refund applies.
Which law and jurisdiction apply?
- Indian law, with the courts of the company's jurisdiction in Rajasthan, as set out in the full terms above. Customers outside India are welcome and the same terms apply, which is worth knowing before you sign up rather than after a dispute.
Can I transfer my account to another company?
- Ask us and it is usually straightforward, since it is an account change rather than a technical one. What we will not do is move an account on the request of somebody who cannot demonstrate they control it, which protects you more than it inconveniences you.
What happens to my data if the company closes?
- You would be given notice and a window to export everything, which is the reason CSV export exists on demand rather than by request. The practical protection available to any customer of any small software company is keeping your own periodic export, and we would recommend it regardless of vendor.
