How do I install Telecalling Software?

Open the Google Play listing on an Android phone, install, and sign in with a mobile number. The guided setup then asks to make it the phone app and to allow notifications and alarms. The whole thing takes two or three minutes.

Do I have to make it my phone app?

Yes, for the business features. Seeing the lead on an incoming call, the two-tap sheet after a call and the auto dialer all need the app to handle calls. Everything you do today with the phone app still works.

Does it work on a dual SIM phone?

Yes. Choose a SIM per call or set one as the business default, and decide which SIMs back up to your account.

Is there an APK to download?

No. The app is installed from Google Play only, so every update is verified and arrives by itself. A file called an APK from anywhere else is not from us.

What permissions does the app ask for at install?

The phone-app role, contacts and call log for the business record, notifications and alarms for reminders, and, only if you use attendance, the camera and location at the moment of a punch. Each is asked with its reason and can be refused.

Can I try it on my phone before the team installs it?

Yes, and that is the best way. One caller, one real list, 3 days with every feature open and no card. If it works for one, add the rest from the dashboard.

What happens to my existing contacts and call history?

Nothing. They stay exactly where they are. The app becomes the phone app on top of them and only adds the lead record, the after-call sheet and the reminders.

How long does the telecalling app take to install and set up?

About two minutes to install and under ten to be calling. Install, sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code, allow the phone-app role and the alarm permission, and import a list. Nothing has to be configured before the first call.

What permissions does the app ask for and why?

The phone and call-log permissions, because becoming the dialer is the entire function and is what lets the lead appear before you answer. The alarm permission is for follow-up reminders that ring on the day. Contacts is optional. Nothing asks for continuous location.

Can I install it on more than one phone?

Yes, with no cap on the free plan. Give every caller their own handset and their own login, because that is what makes per-caller reporting and lead assignment work at all. One login shared between several people removes both and saves nothing worth having.

Do I need to uninstall my current dialer?

No. Android asks which app should handle calls and you choose this one; the original phone app stays on the handset and can be switched back to at any time. Nothing is removed and nothing is irreversible.

What if the app does not install on my phone?

The usual cause is an Android version below Android 8 or newer, and the second is storage. If neither applies, message us on WhatsApp with the handset model and we will tell you whether it is supported rather than leaving you to guess.

Is there an APK download link?

We do not publish one, and we would be cautious about any site that does for this or any other app on this shelf. The install link comes from us directly over WhatsApp while the store listing is in closed testing. A package from a mirror site gets no updates and has been repackaged by somebody who is not the vendor.

How do I update the app?

Through the store once the listing is public. Until then we send the updated link the same way as the first one. The dashboard updates itself, because the browser fetches it, so a manager never has a version to maintain.

Can I download it on a tablet?

An Android tablet with a SIM slot will run it and can place calls. Without a SIM it can show the lists but cannot call, which for a caller is the entire job. Managers using a tablet are usually better served by the dashboard in the browser.
