Is there a free plan?
- Yes, and it does not expire. The business dialer, dialing through a list, filters, call analysis, analytics and one-click automatic WhatsApp after a call are free forever, for everyone, with no card and no user limit. The paid plan adds the lead CRM, assignment, reminders that ring, the web dashboard, imports and bulk WhatsApp.
What is the catch on the free plan?
- There is no caller limit, no time limit and no card. What free does not include is the team system: lead records and stages, handing leads between callers, follow-ups that ring, the manager dashboard in a browser, Sheet and API imports, and bulk WhatsApp. If one person is calling their own list, free may be all you ever need.
Why is there no monthly plan?
- Two periods keep the price low. Three months at ₹251 per user per month is the shortest commitment; a year brings it to ₹161. Both include every feature, and a renewal always extends from the day the current period ends.
What happens when the trial or the plan ends?
- Your data stays. The paid features pause and the app keeps working as a normal phone dialer until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without you choosing it.
Is there a discount for a large team?
- The per-user price is the same for one person or a hundred. For teams well beyond that, or for partners, talk to us on the demo page and we will quote for the whole floor.
Do I pay per lead or per call?
- No. Leads and calls are unlimited. The only number that changes the price is how many users you have.
Is GST included in the price?
- No. ₹161 and ₹251 are per user per month before GST at 18 percent. A GST invoice with your GSTIN is issued on every payment through Razorpay.
How do I pay from outside India?
- By card, at $29 per user per year or $12 per user for three months. The app dials from any country's SIM and keeps international numbers in their own format.
Does a manager who only uses the dashboard count as a user?
- Yes. A user is one login, whether it is a caller on the app or a manager on the web dashboard. A team of eight callers and one manager is nine users.
Can I add or remove users during the year?
- Add any time: the new user pays for the remainder of the current period so everyone renews together. Remove at renewal; the user's leads and history stay in the account and can be transferred.
Are there any charges for WhatsApp messages?
- Not from us. Automatic and bulk WhatsApp are in the plan. If you connect a WhatsApp Business API, Meta and your API provider charge their own per-message rates; through your own WhatsApp app there is no charge at all.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?
- No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding charge, no training fee and no implementation cost, because there is nothing to implement: install the app, import a list, start calling. Setup fees make sense for systems that take weeks to configure, and this is not one.
Why is telecalling software priced per user and not per call?
- Because the calls cost us nothing. They go out on the caller's own SIM and their own mobile plan, so there is no telephony bill for us to pass on. Products that charge per call or per minute are buying carrier minutes on your behalf, which is a genuinely different cost structure.
Do prices go up at renewal?
- The price you sign at is what you renew at unless we tell you otherwise in advance, in writing, before the renewal rather than in an invoice. Published prices do move over time, as ours did in September 2026, and when that happens existing customers hear about it first.
How does this price compare with other telecalling software in India?
- Published per-user prices on this shelf run from roughly ₹150 to ₹800 a user a month, and several vendors sell flat bundles for five or ten seats that work out expensive below about ten users. We are near the lower end and not the cheapest at every team size, and the per-seat tables on the cheapest telecalling CRM page show exactly where we are not.
