A calling session is one run through one list. It keeps the count of calls made and remaining, shows the next name, and lets the caller stop and resume without losing the place in the list.

Can two callers share one session?

No. Each caller runs their own session on their own phone. A manager splits a big list between callers by assigning leads, and each caller sessions through their own share.

Does a session need internet?

Calling and logging work from the phone. The results sync to the dashboard when the phone is online, so a short signal gap does not stop the session.

Can I skip a number during a session?

Yes. Skip moves to the next number and leaves the skipped one uncalled, so it comes up again on the next pass.

How do I start a calling session on the app?

Open the queue, choose the list you want to work through and press start. The first number dials, and when that call ends the outcome sheet appears and the next number follows. Nothing has to be set up in advance beyond having a list in the account.

How many calls should be in one calling session?

Twenty-five to thirty is what most callers sustain before the quality drops, and then a real break. Counting per session rather than per day is the more useful habit, because it shows whether the afternoon collapsed, which a daily total hides completely.

Can I filter a list before starting a calling session?

Yes, and it is usually worth the minute it takes. Cut the list by status, source, city or any field you imported, then run the session on what is left. Calling a filtered list of fifty beats working through four hundred in the order they arrived.
