Who decides a number is spam?
- Other users report it, and you set the bar: a number is marked for you only once that many separate people have reported it.
Could one of my customers get blocked by mistake?
- No. Anyone saved as a lead or a client is exempt from screening and rings with their record on screen, whatever the community has reported.
Does it work without internet?
- Your own leads and contacts are matched on the phone, so those names show offline. Only the optional lookup of numbers you have never saved needs a connection.
Can I undo a block?
- Yes. The block list is editable, and a number marked as spam can be unmarked at any time.
