Guides

Telecalling guides: answers for people who sell on the phone.

One question per guide, answered in the first paragraph. New guides appear one a day.

What are these guides?

These are short, direct guides for people who sell on the phone in India: how many calls to make, what to say, what the rules are, how to keep a list alive. Each one answers a single question in its first paragraph, then goes deeper, and links to the part of Telecalling Software that does the job.

About the guides.

Who writes these guides?

The Telecalling Software team, from what callers and managers ask on the support line and in demos. Where a guide gives a number, it is worked out on the page rather than quoted from a survey.

Are the calling scripts free to use?

Yes. Copy them, change the names and the numbers, and hand them to your callers. They are written to be spoken, not read, so trim anything your team would not say.

What is the glossary for?

One short page per term a telecalling buyer meets: what it means, how it works, what it costs, and whether this product has it. Terms the product does not implement say so plainly.

Do guides get updated?

When a fact in them changes. An updated guide shows an updated date beside the published date, and the newer date is the one the sitemap carries.

How often is a new guide published?

One a day, on the date shown on each guide. A guide is written to answer one search and is dated the day it goes live; the date is never changed unless the content is.

Can I ask for a topic?

Yes. Send the question you keep hearing from your callers through the contact page. If enough people search for it, it becomes a guide.
