A staffing agency in Noida places sales, BPO and field roles for around twenty clients with ten recruiters and two account managers. Candidates come from job-portal profile downloads, walk-in registrations, referrals and past placements, several hundred profiles per mandate.
Before Telecalling Software, each recruiter kept the portal download in Excel, dialed by hand, and typed screening notes into a shared tracker at the end of the day, which meant the tracker was a day behind and two recruiters often called the same candidate for different clients. With the export imported once per mandate and assigned by rows, sessions took over the dialing and the two-tap sheet took over the tracker.
Each screening call ends with the fields the client will ask for: current and expected pay, notice period, location and experience. The JD goes out on WhatsApp from the same screen when a candidate is marked Interested, and the interview details go out when the slot is confirmed. A candidate who calls back a week later rings with the mandate, the stage and the last note on the recruiter's screen.
The account managers stopped asking for the tracker. The dashboard per mandate shows sourced to joined, and the joining-date reminders caught three drop-offs early enough to send a backup candidate before the client noticed.
