Free telecalling CRM · where the line falls

The calling is free forever. The CRM is not. That is the whole answer.

Free telecalling CRM by Telecalling Software: free calling, paid CRM, stated plainly.

Search for a free telecalling CRM and you will be told yes four times before anyone tells you what is missing. With Telecalling Software the dialler, the list filters, call analysis, analytics and automatic WhatsApp cost nothing for good, with no card and no limit on users. Lead records, assignment, reminders and the manager's dashboard are the paid plan. If a free CRM is specifically what you need, the table below shows exactly which side of the free line each feature sits on, and will save you the sign-up.

Free forever · No card · No user limit

Is there a free telecalling CRM?

With Telecalling Software, a free telecalling CRM means free calling and a paid CRM, with the line between them stated up front. Elsewhere it is nearly always one of three things: a general CRM with a free tier and no real dialler, a telecalling product on a short trial, or a free plan with the useful parts held back. Telecalling Software takes the fourth route and says where the line is: the calling is free forever, with no card and no user limit, and the CRM is the paid plan at ₹161 per user per month. You can run a full calling day on the free side without ever paying; what you cannot do for free is keep lead records, assign them or watch a team.

02 · Four things called a free telecalling CRM
  1. A general CRM with a free tier

The big global suites give a few users a free plan with contacts, deals and email. Generous, and genuinely free.

The phone side is the gap. They were not built to dial from an Indian SIM through an Android handset, so the calling you came for is the part that is missing.

  2. A telecalling product on a trial

Everything open for three days, a week, sometimes ten. The real product, honestly offered, and the only way to test a dialler on your own list.

It ends. A trial tells you whether to buy; it is not a way to run next month.

  3. A free plan with the good parts removed

A user cap, a lead cap, or the WhatsApp and reporting switched off until you upgrade.

Read the cap before importing anything. It is often smaller than one week of enquiries, and you find out after the setup work.

  4. The Telecalling Software split

The calling half free for good, the CRM half paid. Dial, filter the list, see what each call did, read your analytics and let WhatsApp go out by itself, for nothing, forever.

The lead record is the paid part. If a free CRM specifically is what you need, this is not it, and the table below says so plainly.

Free telecalling CRM FAQ

Is there a genuinely free telecalling CRM?

Free calling, yes. A free CRM to go with it, rarely, and not here. Telecalling Software gives the business dialer, list filters, call analysis, analytics and automatic WhatsApp after a call away forever with no card and no user limit, and charges for the CRM half: lead records, stages, assignment, reminders, imports and the manager's dashboard.

What do I get without paying anything?

The business dialer: call your list from the app on your own SIM. Dialing through a list without going back to the phone book between numbers. Filters to cut a long list down to the numbers worth calling now. Call analysis: what happened on each call, kept against the number. Analytics: calls made, connected, missed and talk time, by day. One-click automatic WhatsApp the moment a call ends. There is no time limit, no card and no cap on how many people use it.

What is behind the paywall?

The parts that turn calling into a team system: lead records, stages and notes as a crm, assigning leads to callers and per-caller reports, follow-up reminders that ring, the web dashboard in a browser, google sheet, api and csv lead import, bulk whatsapp sends and the chat beside the calls, attendance with a selfie and team permissions. One plan covers all of it at ₹161 per user per month on yearly billing, GST extra.

Why is the CRM the paid half and not the dialler?

Because the dialler runs on the caller's own phone and their own SIM, so it costs us almost nothing to give away. Lead records, assignment and the dashboard are stored, synced, backed up and supported for as long as you keep them, and that is a real running cost. Charging for the part that costs money is the version of this we can keep doing.

Can I try the paid CRM before buying it?

Yes. The 3-day trial opens every paid feature on top of the free plan, with no card. When it ends you are not cut off; you drop back to the free calling plan and the lead records you created wait in the account until you pick a plan.

How many people can use the free CRM plan?

As many as you like. There is no cap on users and no clock, so a team of ten can all call on the free plan at once. What they cannot do is hand leads to each other or appear together on one dashboard, because that is the part being sold.

Do free CRMs from the big global brands work for telecalling?

For the record-keeping, often very well. For the calling, usually not, because dialling from a SIM in an Android handset is not what they are built around. Teams that try it end up with a good lead database and a phone workflow that still lives in a notebook.

Will you start charging for the free plan later?

The free plan is meant to stay as it is: the calling half, no card, no user limit. If that list ever changes, it will change for new sign-ups and be said plainly on this page rather than switched off quietly on the people using it.

Can I export what I built on the free plan?

Yes. Your calling data is yours on the free plan as much as the paid one, and anything you have exports to CSV whenever you want it. Nothing is held back to make leaving harder.

Is a free auto dialer from the Play Store the same thing?

It covers the dialling and nothing else. It will walk a pasted list of numbers, but it will not tell you what each call did, chart your week or send the WhatsApp for you. The free plan here does those three as well, which is roughly where a consumer dialler stops being enough.

How much is it if I do need the CRM?

₹161 per user per month on yearly billing, or ₹251 on three months, GST extra. One plan, every paid feature in it, nothing sold as an add-on, and users added or removed from the dashboard.

Does the free plan need internet?

Only for syncing. The calls themselves go out on the mobile network, so they work on a weak data signal or none. Analytics and call outcomes queue on the handset and upload when a connection comes back.

Is there a 100% free CRM?

There are free CRMs, but almost none are 100% free once a team grows: the free tier caps users, records or the features you came for. Telecalling Software is explicit instead, giving the calling half away permanently with no card and no user limit, and charging for the lead records, assignment and dashboard.

Is there a free CRM I can use?

Yes, several, and which one fits depends on whether you need the phone or the pipeline. Global CRMs give a genuinely free tier for contacts and deals but were not built to dial from an Indian SIM. Telecalling Software gives the dialling, filters, call analysis, analytics and automatic WhatsApp free forever, and sells the CRM half at ₹161 a user.

When should a team move off the free telecalling CRM plan?

At the point where two people are working the same list, or a follow-up has to ring a specific person on a specific day, or somebody asks who called whom. Any one of those is the signal. Before that, staying free is the correct decision and we would rather you did.
