Telecalling app · the telecaller app for Android
A caller’s day should not start by copying numbers. With Telecalling Software, the telecalling app for Android, the list is already on the phone when they arrive.
Telecalling Software is the telecaller app itself: the app on the caller’s own Android phone that holds today’s queue, dials from the caller’s own SIM, shows who is on the line before hello, takes the outcome in two taps and rings the follow-up when it is due. Everything the caller does reaches the manager’s dashboard by itself.

What does a telecalling app do?
A telecalling app carries a caller's whole day on their own phone: the queue of leads, the dialer, the outcome after each call and the follow-up that comes next. Telecalling Software runs on the caller's Android phone (Android 8 or newer) and SIM, works as the phone app itself, and sends every call back to the manager's dashboard without the caller typing anything twice.
What does the telecaller app look like during the day?
The screens below are the ones a caller lives in. There is no separate CRM to open: the lead record, the dialer and the reminders are one app, and it is the phone app.
Home: the call log with names
Every call of the day with the lead's name, status and outcome, filterable by missed, connected or first-time numbers.

Assigned: today's queue
The leads the manager sent, newest first, with the auto dialer ready at the top. One tap opens the record.

A session in progress
How many done, how many left, who is next. The stop bar follows the caller anywhere in the app.

The call screen
Name, stage and last note before the caller says hello, on incoming and outgoing calls alike.

The after-call sheet
Status, a note typed or spoken, a follow-up time. Two taps, then it gets out of the way.

Reminders
Follow-ups that ring like an alarm with the customer's note, and the actions to take from the ring.

What do I need to run the telecalling app?
- An Android phone on Android 8 or newerAny common maker. Dual SIM works, and the caller picks the SIM.
- A SIM with callingCalls go through it. Customers see the caller's normal number.
- The phone app roleThe app asks to become the phone app once; this is what puts the lead on incoming calls.
- A listAssigned by the manager, imported from Excel, or added a number at a time.
What does it not need?
- No virtual number or cloud telephonyThere is no per-minute charge because there is no cloud call.
- No laptop for the callerThe manager uses a browser; the caller only needs the phone.
- No typing after callsA status is a tap and a note can be spoken.
- No iPhoneThe app must be the phone app, which iOS does not allow.
One caller, own list
Import a sheet, start a session, log outcomes, let the reminders ring. The app is the whole system; nothing else to set up. When the phone is replaced, sign in and the leads come back.
A team with a manager
Each caller has the same app. The manager assigns leads from a browser, sees every call as it is saved, moves leads between callers, and reads the notes behind any number. Attendance with a live selfie is in the same app.

What counts as a telecalling app?
- The app a caller works from all day: the list of leads to call, the dialer, the outcome after each call and the follow-up. Telecalling Software is one that runs on the caller's own Android phone and SIM and reports to a manager's web dashboard.
Is a telecaller app the same as a telecalling app?
- In everyday use, yes. "Telecaller app" describes the person using it and "telecalling app" describes the work. Both mean the caller-side app, as opposed to the manager's dashboard, and this page covers that app.
Which Android version does the app need?
- Android 8 or newer. Dual SIM phones from the common makers work, and the caller chooses which SIM the app dials from, per call or as a default.
Does the caller need a company SIM or a virtual number?
- No. The app dials from whichever SIM is in the phone. Customers see an ordinary mobile number, which is why pick-up rates stay normal, and there is nothing to buy from a telecom provider.
Can the caller use the app in Hindi?
- Yes. The app runs in 40 languages, picked inside the app from a searchable list, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada and Punjabi.
What does the caller see when a customer calls back?
- The customer's name, the stage the lead is at and the last note, on the call screen, even over the lock screen. The app is the phone app, so this works for incoming calls too, not only for calls the app placed.
Does the caller have to type after every call?
- No. As the call ends a short sheet asks for a status, a note and a follow-up. A status is one tap, the note can be spoken, and the follow-up is a preset such as tomorrow or next week. Skipping is allowed.
Can one caller use the app alone, without a team?
- Yes. One person with a list uses it as an auto dialer and lead book on their own phone. The manager side is optional, and the price is the same ₹159 per user per month either way.
Is there an iPhone version of the telecaller app?
- No. The app has to act as the phone app to show the lead on incoming calls and to dial a list automatically, and iOS does not allow that. Managers can use the web dashboard from an iPhone.
Inside the app
- Auto dialerPick a list, press start, and the phone rings the next number each time a call ends. You only talk.
- Business call dialerSet it as your phone app. Every call opens with who this is and what you said last time, and closes with a two-tap update.
- Follow-up reminders that ringOne tap sets a call-back for five minutes, tomorrow or every week. It rings like an alarm, and you call from the reminder itself.

From teams that call all day
“The callers kept their own numbers and their own phones. That was the whole objection, and it disappeared in the first ten minutes.”
