TeleCRM alternatives · 2026 · figures checked 19 September 2026

TeleCRM alternatives: Telecalling Software and 4 more, on published prices.

These TeleCRM alternatives are set beside TeleCRM on what each vendor publishes. Almost nobody leaves TeleCRM because the software stopped working. They leave because the seat they are actually running costs closer to ₹999 than the ₹799 on the page, once chat sync is switched on, and at ten callers that is ₹7,990 a month. Each product below is judged on that one question: what does the working seat cost, and what do you lose by moving to it. Telecalling Software is among them and is marked as ours.

What are the best TeleCRM alternatives?

The best TeleCRM alternative depends on why you are leaving. On price, Telecalling Software at ₹161 per user per month, TeleCalling CRM's flat plans and NeoDove's team plans cost a fifth of TeleCRM's ₹799 seat on the figures published 19 September 2026. For recording and dashboards, Runo at ₹599. For a solo caller, Calley's free plan. All are SIM-based except TeleCalling CRM, Kylas and FreJun.

TeleCRM's own row is first. Read the ten-user column: that is where the gap between a ₹799 sticker and a ₹999 working seat turns into a number your finance team will recognise.

03 · The 5, one by oneEach measured against TeleCRM

1. Telecalling Software as a TeleCRM alternativeour product

At ten users it is ₹6,380 a month less than TeleCRM (₹1,610 against ₹7,990).

The line item that pushes a TeleCRM seat to roughly ₹999 is chat sync at ₹200. Here WhatsApp is not a line item at all: automatic messages, bulk sends and the chat view are inside the one plan at ₹161. At ten callers that is ₹1,610 a month against ₹7,990 before add-ons, and the dialer, filters, call analysis and automatic WhatsApp are free forever, so a week of testing costs nothing and needs no card.

What you give up: No iPhone app for callers, and none of TeleCRM's stated 10,000 automations a month. If those automations are load-bearing in your process, rebuilding them by hand is the real cost of moving, not the subscription.

2. RMDialer as a TeleCRM alternative

At ten users it is ₹6,400 a month less than TeleCRM (₹1,590 against ₹7,990).

Teams usually stay on TeleCRM for its automations rather than its price, so the closest replacement is the one you can build on. RMDialer is the only product here publishing a call-log and dialer API with code samples, at ₹159 a seat against a TeleCRM working seat near ₹999. If your automations mostly move call data somewhere else, that API does the same job at a sixth of the price.

What you give up: You are wiring it yourself. TeleCRM ships automations as a product feature; RMDialer gives you the endpoints and expects someone on your side to connect them.

3. TeloDial as a TeleCRM alternative

At ten users it is ₹6,400 a month less than TeleCRM (₹1,590 against ₹7,990).

TeleCRM is the most established name on this shelf and support runs at that scale. TeloDial is the opposite trade at ₹159: a published street address in Pimpri-Chinchwad, a support line and stated hours, so a stuck team calls a person rather than opening a ticket. The feature list underneath runs close to TeleCRM's calling side.

What you give up: A much smaller published track record, and no Play listing was linked from its pages on the date we checked, so confirm how your callers install it before you commit a floor.

4. DialMio as a TeleCRM alternative

At ten users it is ₹6,400 a month less than TeleCRM (₹1,590 against ₹7,990).

If the thing that irritates you about TeleCRM is the arithmetic, ₹799 plus ₹200 plus a ₹1,999 one-time API fee, DialMio is the shortest answer: ₹159, one plan, everything in it, a GST invoice, and a pricing page short enough to read in a minute. Nothing is sold on top, so the number you budget is the number you pay.

What you give up: No API, no automations and no reseller programme. It is the plainest product here, which is the point, and the wrong pick if you were using TeleCRM as an integration hub.

5. NLCaller as a TeleCRM alternative

At ten users it is ₹6,240 a month less than TeleCRM (₹1,750 against ₹7,990).

TeleCRM publishes rupee pricing only. If you are billing a team from outside India, NLCaller is the one product here that prints both figures on the same page: ₹2,099 or $32 a year, ₹822 or $13 for three months. At ₹175 a seat it is dearer than the rest of this list and still well under a TeleCRM working seat.

What you give up: The dearest seat among the alternatives, and its pricing page does not state how long the free trial runs, so ask before you plan a pilot around it.

04 · When to keep TeleCRM

Keep TeleCRM if

  • Your callers are on iPhones and need a native app
  • You already rely on its automations (up to 10,000 a month are included)
  • You value a long-established vendor over price

The cheapest way to settle it is to stop guessing at the working seat price. Export a month of TeleCRM leads to CSV, load the same list into whichever of these you are weighing, and run both for a week with the same callers. Then compare the invoice you would get with chat sync switched on against the flat per-seat figure in the table above.

05 · Questions about leaving TeleCRM

TeleCRM alternatives FAQ

What is the cheapest TeleCRM alternative?

For a single caller, Telecalling Software at ₹161 per user per month on yearly billing, against TeleCRM's ₹799. For a team of ten, Telecalling Software at ₹1,610 a month, TeleCalling CRM's Pro plan (₹1,599 with GST included) or NeoDove's NeoLite (₹1,667 at list price), against ₹7,990 for ten TeleCRM seats before add-ons.

Is there a TeleCRM alternative with an iPhone app?

Runo, TeleCalling CRM, Calley, Kylas and FreJun publish an iPhone app. SIM-based auto dialing on iPhone is limited by iOS, so check how each handles it. Our product is Android for callers with a browser dashboard for managers.

Which TeleCRM alternative includes WhatsApp without an add-on?

Telecalling Software includes automatic and bulk WhatsApp and a chat view in its one plan. TeleCRM charges ₹200 per user per month for Chat Sync and ₹1,999 to set up the WhatsApp API; Runo charges ₹149 per user for WhatsApp Business; NeoDove and FreJun price the API separately.

Can I move my leads out of TeleCRM?

Yes. Export leads to CSV from TeleCRM, then import the file into the alternative; statuses come across as stages and notes as notes. Reminders, WhatsApp templates and automations are set up again on the new side.

Does any TeleCRM alternative offer a longer free trial?

Callyzer offers 15 days for five phone numbers, Runo 10 days, Calley and Kylas 7 days, GoDial 4 days, our product and TeleCalling CRM 3 days with every feature open. TeleCRM's pricing page did not state a trial length when we read it.

Are these TeleCRM figures current?

They were read from TeleCRM's own pricing page on 19 September 2026: ₹799 per user per month annual, ₹1,099 quarterly, Chat Sync ₹200, WhatsApp API setup ₹1,999, consultation ₹999 an hour. The date at the foot of this page moves if a figure is re-checked and changed.

Why do teams look for a TeleCRM alternative?

On the pages and pricing we have read, the recurring reasons are the per-seat cost at ten or more users once add-ons are counted, WhatsApp being priced separately, and wanting SIM-based dialing rather than a cloud number. None of those makes it a poor product; they make it a poor fit for particular teams.

Which TeleCRM alternative is best for a two-person team?

At two seats the deciding factor is usually per-user pricing with no seat minimum, because flat bundles built for five or ten users are poor value here. Check the total at exactly two, not the headline rate, and confirm the free or trial offer lets you test on a real list before paying.

Do TeleCRM alternatives support Hindi and regional languages?

Most Indian telecalling products do, and it matters more than buyers expect, since a caller navigating an English-only interface all day is slower and makes more logging mistakes. Check the app rather than the website, because a translated marketing site does not always mean a translated product.

What should I check before migrating off TeleCRM?

Three things, in this order: that your leads export to CSV cleanly with the fields you rely on, that you have written down every automation and template you will need to rebuild, and that the new product has been tested on a real list by an actual caller. The third is the one teams skip and regret.

Will I lose WhatsApp templates when I switch?

Approved API templates belong to your Meta business account rather than to the CRM, so they survive a change of software. What does not carry over is whatever automation triggered them, which has to be set up again on the new side. Note down your triggers before you migrate.

Should I trust an alternatives page written by a competitor?

Only the parts you can verify. This page is written by one of the products on it and says so. The dated prices and stated limits can each be checked against the vendor's own pricing page, and that is what they are there for. Treat the ordering and the adjectives as advertising.

Do any TeleCRM alternatives have a free forever plan?

Telecalling Software gives the calling half away permanently, with no card and no user cap: dialer, list filters, call analysis, analytics and automatic WhatsApp after a call. Calley publishes a free tier for a solo caller. Most others on this list offer a trial rather than a free plan, so read which of the two is being offered.

Is a cheaper TeleCRM alternative always the right choice?

No, and the calculation people miss is the cost of a tool callers abandon. A product half the price that stops being filled in after a month costs more than the one being replaced, because you lose the records as well as the subscription. Test on a real list before letting price decide.

Can I run a TeleCRM alternative alongside TeleCRM during the switch?

For a week, deliberately, with one caller on each, which is the fairest comparison available. As a permanent arrangement it is a mistake: two systems means neither history is complete and the reporting stops being trustworthy. Set an end date before you start.
